Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy

You must receive an RMA# from your sales associate at Pedestal PRO prior to shipping product back to the factory. Only authorized returns will be accepted. Call 800-660-3072 or email info@pedestalpro.com for an RMA#.

All authorized returns will be inspected by Pedestal PRO professionals at the factory prior to issuing a credit. Each item must be in new, unaltered condition to qualify for credit or refund.  Used, damaged, or unauthorized items will not receive a credit.

The credit or refund for new, unaltered items is subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging costs. All items received by Pedestal PRO will become the property of Pedestal PRO.  You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please include a copy of the RMA letter you will receive by email with all authorized item(s) in their original packaging. If you use your own packaging, you will need to pack them according to UPS, FedEx, or LTL Freight standards to guarantee no damage during transit.
