Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy

For Stock Product, Buyer has sixty (60) days from the invoice date to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Pedestal PRO using info@pedestalpro.com. An RMA letter will be sent to the customer once the RMA has been approved.

Buyer may be given up to an additional thirty (30) days to ensure the product arrives at the Pedestal PRO factory, freight prepaid. Returned Stock Product outside this period will not be considered for a returned credit. All returned Stock Product must be unmodified, undamaged, and in resalable, new, or like-new condition (preferably in its original packaging) to qualify for a returned credit. (If you use your own packaging, you will need to pack them according to UPS, FedEx, or LTL Freight standards to guarantee no damage during transit.)

Please include a copy of the RMA letter you will receive by email with all authorized item(s).

Upon inspection and approval, Buyer may receive a Credit Memo determining the value of the returned item(s) totaling the Product cost minus 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee covers Stock Product inspection, handling, and re-packaging Stock Product for resale.

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs (shipping prepaid) and all corresponding tracking number(s) and delivery receipt(s) under an RMA.

Buyer agrees to not take credit until a Credit Memo is issued by Pedestal PRO.

Non-Cancellable (custom) Product is not returnable and will not be considered for a Return Merchandise Authorization.
